Looney tunes

personally i grew with old shows like woody the woodpecker and tom and jerry but none hit harder than looney toons, personally i loved all of the characters, Speedy gonzalez, Marvin the martian and Especially The roadrunner and the Wil E cayote, the tv channel i grew up with always aired old cartoons every once and a while, so i got to watch shows like tom and jerry everyday.

personally my favourite characters are Marvin the martian and Bugs bugs bunny, i always found them the best part of each episode, Now marvin didnt Show up much, he was like...in 9 shorts, which in comperison to bugs who was around most of the shorts :') #justiceforMarvin

while tom and jerry was more in the slapstick side, looney toons was a combination of slapstick and dialogue, i feel that alot of people compare tom and jerry to looney tunes, the only thing that makes looney tunes similar to tom and jerry is the use of violent slap stick, tom and jerry was VERY VERY violent while looney tunes was more cartoony violence, things like falling Anvils are more of a Looney tunes thing then really Tom and jerry, looney tunes was more Dialogue oriented, even if you remove the violence its still in a way is Looney tunes thats why shows like The Looney tunes show Still work, now without violence in tom and jerry IS NOTHING, its drinking bland soup with nothing.

- How looney tunes Inspired me to do art -

i remembered i tried to draw the characters in my bedroom with my coloured pencils and looney tunes running on my tv, Aaaah good memories, but at the time it really made me love cartoons and animations , and inspired some of my humour to! it was a kind of escapeism for me when i was a very very little goober, i always wanted to BE within the world so watching looney toons was like looking in their world for my 3 year old brain.

- How Looney toons was so Cool for little 3 year old me -

something about a snarky rabbit man just messing the absolute hell out of the bad guy was so cool for little me, i always tried to be a bugs , he was like a role model for me , and combined with the humour and character fueled my love for the show and made me into old cartoons and discovered shows like the powerpuff girls and fosters home for imaginary friends.

- why Marvin is easily best character -
